Robert Dittmer
Robert Dittmer received his Master of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Bachelor of Music Education from Olivet College (MI). He studied composition with Reed Hoyt and his music has been performed at recitals and concerts.
Robert performs with Quattro horns, a professional horn quartet, based in southeastern Wisconsin. That ensemble has been active with corporate, community and educational events as well as church functions and weddings for the past seventeen years.
He recently retired from a thirty-two year teaching career, most recently at West Bend High School. In 1997, Robert received the Rolfs Foundation Award for Teaching Excellence. Robert remains active as a horn teacher, adjudicator, author, performer, and composer and arranger.
