Return Policy

1. All music sales are final and non-returnable. Exceptions are only made if there is an error in the score and/or parts, in which case a corrected version will be sent to you as soon as possible.

2. For new customers we do not send music on approval, consigment or trial. Return Customers, however, can sometimes enjoy relaxed terms such as invoices paid within 30 days and limited music on approval.

3. We DO accept purchase orders from institutions (e.g. schools, churches).
